These terms apply to use of Mom's Reminder, a private reminder and memory service operated by Caleb Hawley.
Service purpose
The service is intended to help authorized family members create and receive reminders, schedule summaries, follow-up reminders, conversational replies, and saved-memory information. Access is limited to phone numbers approved by the administrator.
Text-message program
By separately opting in to SMS, you agree to receive recurring informational messages from Mom's Reminder. Messages may include reminders, daily schedule summaries, follow-up reminders, and conversational responses. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. Reply START to opt back in where supported. Reply HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
Delivery and accuracy
The service is designed to send reminders at the requested time, but delivery depends on internet, hosting, messaging-provider, carrier, and device availability. Delivery at an exact second is not guaranteed. Users should confirm important dates and times rather than relying on the service as the sole source of critical information.
Not an emergency or medical monitoring service
Mom's Reminder is not an emergency-response, medical-monitoring, medication-management, or life-safety system. It should not be relied upon for emergencies or situations where a delayed or missed message could create immediate danger.
Responsible use
Users should submit only information they are authorized to store and should not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unsolicited messaging. The administrator may suspend access when necessary to protect the service or comply with messaging-provider requirements.
Privacy
Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
