Mom's Reminder is a private reminder and memory service operated by Caleb Hawley. This policy explains the information used to provide the service.

Information collected

The service may store your name, mobile number, messaging-consent records, reminders, saved memories, conversation history with the assistant, reminder status, and service settings. When you submit an access request, the service may also record basic technical information such as the request time, IP address, and browser user-agent for consent and security auditing.

How information is used

Information is used only to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the reminder service, including sending requested reminders and summaries, interpreting natural-language requests, maintaining the access whitelist, and documenting messaging consent.

Service providers

The service uses infrastructure and service providers needed to operate the application. These may include Amazon Web Services for hosting, Twilio for text-message delivery, and OpenAI for natural-language processing. Information is provided to these services only as needed to perform those functions.

Mobile information and marketing

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The service does not send advertising or promotional marketing messages.

Retention and access

Information may be retained while an account or reminder history is needed to operate the service, maintain consent records, or troubleshoot issues. The administrator can correct or remove stored information when appropriate, subject to retaining records that are reasonably needed for security or compliance documentation.

Messaging choices

You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply START to opt back in where supported by the messaging provider. Reply HELP for messaging help. Opting out of SMS does not require deletion of previously stored reminder or consent records.
